Leica XL / ST5010 Stainer

The Leica stainer is one of the most popular stainers in today's Histology lab because of reliability and precision.  Plus this versatile unit will accommodate multiple protocols.  With the ability to load up to 11 racks of 30 slides each, the Leica Autostainer XL can simultaneously process various staining protocols such as Papanicolau and Hematoxylin/Eosin stains that can be executed at the same time without the need of reprogramming.  This stainer also has a drying station.

Sakura DRS 2000 Stainer

The Tissue-Tek DRS 2000 Slide Stainer offers multiple staining protocols in a true random access mode.  Based on current workload demands, the system can handle up to 11 sets of 40 slides at a time. This stainer features 27 reservoirs, 1 drying station, graphical process monitor, up to 20 user-defined protocols and load capacity of up to 440 slides with multiple protocols.

Leica ST5020 Stainer

The Leica ST5020 Multistainer produces consistent, high-quality results for both routine and special stains and can perform single or multiple protocols at the same time. Enjoy flexibility with the multiple bath layout with 40 stations including up to 6 wash stations and up to 4 ovens/slide drying stations.

Sakura Prisma Stainer

The Prisma® 6130 Automated Slide Stainer, provides an unmatched productivity and turnaround time improvement. The Prisma is the most flexible slide stainer on the market, with a wide range of configurations for routine and special staining. Standard solution configuration means 30 reagent positions and 60 slides per run or expanded configuration is 52 positions and 20 slides per run. The system enables an efficient workflow with continuous loading and unloading capabilities.  Throughput:  up to 500 slides per hour.

Thermo Shandon Linistain

This compact Linistain unit is ideal for H&E frozen section protocols.  Features include 14 staining dishes (20 sec. ea), running water and 13 slide capacity collection tank.

Thermo Shandon Varistain Gemini Stainer

The Thermo Shandon Varistain Gemini is designed for high throughput, precision, safety, durability and ultimate flexibility in histology and cytology staining applications.  Together with six water stations and 26 reagent stations, the slide stainer has fume control features and a battery back-up of 40 minutes power in case of power failure.

Hematek 2000 Stainer

The Hematek 2000 provides a continuous-feed loading platform that eliminates wasted time associated with batch staining methods.  Pumps deliver fresh reagents in precise volume for every stain while the platen provides uniform stain from field-to-field and slide-to-slide with stain and buffer mixing accurately and uniformly. Slides are immediately available for viewing upon completion of staining, and the rinse reagent contains the optimal alcohol concentration for proper slide drying. Dials, located on front panel, allow for wide variation in stain intensities to suit individual needs. Stains 60 slides per hour. Uses disposable, prepackaged stain, buffer, and rinse solutions (NOT included).  Pilot light indicates when remaining solution is sufficient for only 20 slides. Main functional components are spiral conveyors and three peristaltic pumps. This stainer is simple to maintain.
