AllPro Biomedical supports the global needs of the Pathology Laboratory including Histology, Hematology, Cytology, Dermatopathology (Mohs), and Anatomic Pathology and Research facilities. Our professionally refurbished instruments deliver a quality product for the most dedicated technician. Each instrument or complete lab set up is refurbished to factory specifications. We take great pride in delivering the instrument you need in a timely manner. We offer a variety of warranties for our international and domestic customers. Business hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. After hours technical calls are responded to within two hours or less, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

 

We offer tissue processors – paraffin pots – embedding centers - microtomes – water baths – slide stainers – coverslippers – coverslipper stainer combinations – slide & cassette printers – cytology instruments – hematology instruments and custom fume hoods manufactured to your specifications. We offer a full range of cryostats for all your frozen section requirements. We support the needs of the mobile Mohs technician to a variety of hospital clinical needs. The research lab can count on us for their rotary or sliding microtome requirements. We offer research cryostats for small tissue sectioning up to a full body cryomacrotome for large area sectioning. If your research lab needs a unique instrument we will work with you to meet your requirements. 

 

Our service department is dedicated to making your need for repairs or a preventive maintenance as effortless as possible. Our clients know that we will be at their facility as promised on time and prepared. At first contact we work with clients to establish how they can be best served. We design each client’s service package to comply with your particular organization. Client specific paperwork is tailored to your requirements. A contact list is established so that communications are solid. Your project is tracked from initial contact to completion of services. Our company is built on customer satisfaction.

Warranty Information

Our refurbished equipment includes a full 6 months warranty on parts and labor.  If your instrument is not working properly, please call us immediately.  Do not attempt to service the equipment yourself, that will void your warranty.  We will respond to you immediately as we know how important it is to keep your lab running smoothly.  We will repair or replace any instrument under the warranty period due to workmanship.  The warranty does not cover any damage caused by the user.
